Metabolic Health

Weight gain, hormone imbalance, blood sugar, fatty liver, muscle loss, bone loss, and metabolic inflammation (ie. high cholesterol) can be explained by a number factors that interplay including nutrition, sleep environmental factors, stress/adrenal pathways, among others.

Addressing factors such as mitochondrial health, oxidative stress, musculoskeletal health, stress chemistry, and hormone balance is essential to the best outcomes.

Dr. Rinde addresses these through careful testing and evaluation, targeted nutrition and lifestyle advice, and appropriate support such as nutrients, botanicals, and when needed pharmaceutical interventions.

Brain Health

Brain Health symptoms such as brain fog, attention concerns, fatigue, lowered moods, anxiety, and trauma related disorders can be best addressed in a balanced approach that addresses the whole person including the digestive system, metabolism, and immune system.

Evaluation from Dr. Rinde's  perspective may involve looking at nutritional factors, digestive factors, environmental factors, and genetic factors.

Treatment is usually integration of lifestyle factors, mind-body therapeutics, nutrition, inflammation balancing, nutraceuticals, botanicals, and when needed pharmaceutical support.

Immune Health

Full system dysregulation can occur when the immune system is dealing with a chronic threat.  This can lead to chronic fatigue, chronic body pains, chronic brain fog, and a host of other multi-system symptoms.

Addressing the complexity of these concerns involves identifying pathogens through testing, understanding the overall impact , and developing holistic approaches to address mitochondria, immune function, inflammation and oxidative stress, and hormone health.  Addressing this while not feeling well requires guidance and a careful step wise approach.

Dr. Rinde address immune disorder with carefully crafted nutrition, lifestyle, botanical, nutraceutical, and biotherapeutic approaches
