Naturopathic Specialty Care: Do you have a chronic health condition or health challenges that you are wanting to address with natural medicine? You may have a conventional provider as your PCP or specialist, and you are looking for ways to further address your condition with natural medicine. I can help address your concerns by developing an integrative plan that incorporates natural and holistic approaches. I have a special interest in conditions involving musculoskeltal pain, mental health, chronic inflammation, and digestive problems.
Naturopathic Physical Medicine: Do you have an injury or chronic musculoskelatal problem that is not resolving on its own or is becoming chronic? I have advanced training in physical medicine to address spine problems and chronic muscular problems. Through the use of careful assessment, I utilize exercise, mobilization, manipulation, and soft tissue techniques to restore function. Naturopathic Physical Medicine also utilizes natural herbs, nutrients, and hydrotherapy to help assist the musculoskeltal system with its healing potential.
Naturopathic Primary Care:If you choose natural medicine as your first line therapy and want to use conventional medicine only when necessary, then Naturopathic Primary Care may be an option of you. Some insurance plans will allow you to elect a Naturopathic Physician as your primary care physician. If so, we will work to establish an overall plan for your health including preventative exams, diagnostic testing, and preventative health goals. As various health concerns arise, I will be your primary point of contact. Although I attempt to utilize naturopathic medicine as a first line therapy, I do have the ability to prescribe most medications (non-controlled substances). When necessary I will refer to specialist through my network of health care providers. For female gynecological exams, I refer to my network of OB-GYN’s, NP, or ND’s who provide that service.I am currently not accepting pediatric (below age-13) primary care patients.
Naturopathic Skype Consults. Available for Naturopathic consults via skype. If meeting the following criteria. 1. you have currently are under the care of a primary care physician or specialist. 2. you authorize a release of records to your primary care provider where the recommendations will be shared with your existing care provider 3. your current complaint does not require physical exam or additional testing to be performed. and 4.) you are out of state and unable to travel to Sound Integrative Health.
